Another storm is passing over Wintergreen bringing rain for the first part, then gradually changing over to snow. How much snow depends on how long it takes to make the switch.
Ski and Ride:
9a - 5p (day session only) 5 slopes and 2 lifts operating
Terrain Park:
mini park on Upper Dobie with 2 flat boxes, frame box, flat rail, side by side rail, down rail and tank feature.
Tubing:
We plan to open the Plunge Tubing Park on Saturday Dec 14. 7 day advance tickets will go on sale Thursday afternoon.
Snowmaking:
Cold air returns Tuesday and will hang around through the weekend, allowing us to increase base depths and open more terrain. Best guess - Saturday's slope report will include Upper Cliffhanger, Hydraulic, Lower Wild Turkey, Upper Tyro, Tequila, Lower Sunrise and The Plunge. Sunday's slope report might include more open terrain. Make plans to visit soon!
