INCREASED TRAIL COUNT FOR THE WEEKEND!
Posted on 04:32 by Unknown
Portions of the ski area are without power this morning, causing a delayed opening. Power crews are on site working on getting power restored. We plan to open today from 10a to 9p, skiing and riding on 9 trails with 3 lifts operating. Portions of the ski area remain un-groomed, with thin areas and bare spots.
Overnight tonight, we will make snow while our grooming crews move stockpiled snow, covering thin areas and re-opening closed trails. Overnight Friday, we will make new snow, continue moving stockpiles of snow and re-open terrain. Snowmaking temperatures start Thursday and last through the weekend. We plan to have great conditions and more than 20 trails open for the weekend.
Tubing: The Plunge is open today with sessions from 2p-9p. Ridgelys Fun Park re-opens this weekend from 11a-4p. Purchase tickets in advance online for these popular activities.
Terrain Park: The big park will remain closed today, re-opening tomorrow with new features. Upper Diamond will be open today and tonight with progression rail features
Snowmaking: Great snowmaking conditions return today allowing us to make snow and provide the best skiing and riding surface conditions. Keep checking this report for the most up to date information.
